RM100 A Bribe?

Watch this and see was it justified to said that Penang government's giving out RM100 as an aide to their senior citizens is a bribe.

To me, some politicians are just stupid. This is the only word that can describe about them. Something which they can't do it but other can do it, they accused and talk bad about it. What wrong with the Penang government giving out RM100 aid scheme for their senior citizens? Those are their good will's to their people. If not why they voted for them during election? People want performance, not sweet talk and talking promises. Some of you might think that RM100 is way too little, but for them, who family has left them, retired and barely survive with little pocket money, this RM100 really make a different. You can see from the video that, they are very happy with the aide. Money to them is a necessity but money to politicians is bribing. Just wonder how come good little thing like this can turned to be ugly and complicated.

Lim's (Lim Guan Eng, Penang Chief Minister) administration has come under fire from Gerakan (the ex-ruling state government's in Penang), MCA and UMNO leaders who questioned the state government's sincerity in distributing the money.....
Those aged 60 and above who have registered with the state are expected to receive the aid next month.

I mean come on la, what do you guys do when you're ruling the state? Did you guys even offer RM1 to the senior citizens? What say you? It's such a dim-witted mind that alleged others for being bribing. That why you see, is so hard to be a good person. When you do or acted good, people might think that you are taking advantages and more severe they think that you're from outer-space or insane. That's why in our country now, people are starting to become less and less with morality, lack of compassion and good heart. What will happen in 10 years from now when we reach our vision 2020? Maybe by that time, even we donate goods out to the needy is considered illegal.
