Jack Neo’s illicit affair!!

A famous director from Singapore who more known as Jack Neo, said this is the end of his career. Jack, who directed a few famous comedy under his belt such as Money Not Enough, Money Not Enough II, That One Not Enough, I'm Not Stupid, Ah Long, and Where Got Ghost, is hot on major Chinese dailies. His movies mostly touches on family affairs, financial problems and openly criticizing Singapore's government in a humorous way which made him an household name in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and even Taiwan. But this time, he himself caught in the real fire when the girl which he having affairs with went to his house. According to theStar:

Model Wendy Chong met Neo when she was given a role in Money No Enough 2 some two years ago.
The “couple” had sex in Neo’s car a month later.

“After that, he carefully checked the car for any strands of hair and adjusted the seat back to its position,’’ said Chong.

She added that her instinct told her that Neo had done such an act many times. She said they had sex twice a week, either at her home or in his car. Neo’s extra-marital affair was exposed after Chong went to his home and demanded to talk to his wife Irene Kng on Friday.

She chose to do so as she suspected Neo had cheated on her. A “table-talk” which involved Chong’s family and Neo’s friends, was held at a hotel restaurant. While on his way, Neo answered a telephone call from a reporter. When he realised that the media had got wind of the affair, he told the reporter: “That’s the end of my career.’’

“I have no intention of destroying anyone. I believe he really loves me but for what had happened, I do not think our relationship could carry on anymore,’’ Chong said. The 50-year-old film director-actor regretted what he had done and apologised to his wife as well as the model’s father.

Neo and his family moved to stay at a hotel to avoid being “disturbed” by others. The couple has four children, aged between six and 19.

The good side on this was, the problem being exposed and hope his family members especially the wife can forgive him. It may sound that I sided Neo, but things takes two to tango. Moreover since they have children, divorced is not a good options. Well, the bad side of this was, we might endure for few more years, then only we can expect a new film from him. On his latest show which going on theaters this coming 4th March2010, for sure viewers will watch it with different perspective on him. Once tainted, the scar will always be there.
