K Sir Dhammananda's website / wikipedia or you can go to Brickfield Maha Vihara temple to puchase the book. I strongly recommended that you buy it from the temple either for your own collection or as a gift to your friends or relatives as all the money goes to the temple foundation. Not only you gain merit by purchasing the book (help the temple) but also gain more Dhamma knowledge. One stone hitting two birds leh (sound greedy)...May the metta be with you.
