When he finished the demonstration, we're paired up in order one person cast the tsa tsa while the other recites the mantras.
  • It took about 20 mins for the whole casting process from filling the mold with water, soaking into mild water with detergent, mixing the casting powder into the measured water, pouring in the mixture, putting in the mantra roll and jewels beads , and using a ruler to flatten and removing the remaining mixing.
  • After that, the whole thing (mixing in the tsa tsa mold) are left to dry.

This is the class that I enjoyed the most. Not only we learned how to makes tsa tsa, the steps and the proper way to creating one, but we're also making something so beautiful and precious to be given to our dearly one. At the end of the class, we're able to take home our very own Buddhas. Thanks to LDC for conducting such beneficial class.
